The Coyotes acquired Garland and Oliver Ekman-Larsson from the Arizona Coyotes in a trade last week.
"We're pleased to have reached a long-term deal with Conor today," Canucks general manager Jim Benning said in the team's press release. "He's a skilled young player, who plays hard, produces offensively and will complement our top-six forward group."
The 25-year-old forward registered 12 goals and a team-leading 27 assists in 49 games with Arizona last season, his 39 points tying his career-high from one season prior.
In three NHL seasons with Arizona since being drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (2015), Garland has tallied 47 goals and 49 assists for 96 points in 164 career regular season games.
