A 42-year-old North Grenville motorist was charged Wednesday by provincial police after she blew more than five times the legal limit of blood alcohol.
According to OPP, which tweeted about it Thursday morning, the incident took place in a parking lot in Kemptville shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday.
