The Indianapolis Colts and linebacker Darius Leonard have reportedly agreed to a five-year, $98.5 million extension, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The deal will make Leonard the highest-paid inside linebacker in NFL history.
Leonard has eared first-team All-Pro honours twice in his career. The latest came in 2020, a campaign in which he had three sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
The 26-year-old was the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2018, leading the league in tackles in his debut season.
