Indeed, the reward for information leading to the arrest of one of them, murder suspect Conor D’Monte, is $100,000, says the crime-fighting agency.
“They could be far away, or right in your neighbourhood,” the Crime Stoppers executive director, Linda Annis, said in a news release. “Someone, somewhere knows where these people are, and we’re urging them to do the right thing and call Crime Stoppers anonymously.”
Annis said anonymous tips work. The agency fielded 4,700 tips last year leading to 54 arrests, 32 illegal weapons seized and more than $2 million in property and illicit drugs recovered, she said.
Here are Crime Stoppers’ five most wanted fugitives this February:
1. Conor D’Monte
Wanted for murder. He is 44, 6-foot-1, 201 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, multiple tattoos and a left eye piercing.
