Five Terriers Selected as AHCA All-American Scholars - Boston University Athletics

BOSTON - Five members of the Boston University women's ice hockey team were selected as All-American Scholars by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA), as announced on Monday.

Rachel Allen, Kaleigh Donnelly, Catherine Foulem, Corinne Schroeder and Kate Stuart were recognized for their exceptional work in the classroom. To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.60 GPA for each semester.

This is the third time that Allen and Schroeder have secured this honor. Allen graduated in May with a degree in biomedical engineering while Schroeder earned dual degrees in psychology and health science. Stuart has garnered All-American Scholar status for each of the last two years; she is pursuing a degree in business administration and management. Donnelly (biology) and Foulem (biochemistry and molecular biology) are first-time selections, with Foulem doing so as a freshman.

BU has boasted at least five AHCA All-American Scholars in each of the last four years.
